Not Yours – IP Territorial Restricting Content

Wanted to check some of BBC’s festival coverage, this is what the served up if you were not in the .uk. Even Little Boots was like what’s up? (see below visual)  Getting around these restrictions is trivial, but one has to wonder why not fill demand vs deny it.
